I’m Jesus Sotillo, founder of BeginnerFitHome. I started training at home 5 years ago while building a healthier life with my partner and my son.
I know how difficult consistency can be when you’re busy and overloaded with conflicting advice. My approach is to simplify fitness into practical steps that beginners can sustain at home.
My goal with BeginnerFitHome is to help people start from zero, avoid common mistakes, and create habits that actually last.
